The region of the console only matters if you plan on watching movies on the console via DVDs or Blu-Rays. Sony do not region lock their games so the only region locking that happens is through DVDs and Blu-Rays. In Pakistan you use region 5 DVDs and Region C Blu-Rays so if you want to watch DVDs/Blu-Rays then you'd want to get a console in that region.
