    How is GGG overrated?

He's fought everyone that he's been able to (even offering them extra money on the side some years back). He offered Ward a 50/50 split at a catchweight of 164Lbs (remember that Ward drained Chad Dawson badly to 168Lbs), but it was all crickets on Ward's end. Until GGG made the contract with David Lemieux. That same day, Ward goes on social media and starts calling GGG a coward and a ducker. You see how this goes?

Years ago, when GGG wasn't a name yet - he and Ward sat down with HBO. GGG said he was ready to fight him, but Ward said that he had to recover from an injury and wanted some tuneups (while he wanted to make a longterm contract obligating GGG to fight him in the future). What kind of **** is that?

These are the tactics that certain fighters use today. Either they are weight bullies, over price themselves, stipulate crazy **** like ring size, judges, opponent gloves, where of the fight, etc.

Canelo Alvarez is an entertaining fighter, but he still has too many fundamental flaws with his footwork, balance, ring positioning. So much so that he can't throw proper combinations without setting his feet - reason why Cotto, Mayweather Jr., and Lara were able to flank him. And he is also a methodical, low punch rate fighter. He does not like pressure and movement. Why do you think he abandoned that belt and gave it up to GGG?

Years ago, GGG stunned Canelo twice in a sparring session (once to the body and once to the head). Remember that sparring is done with neither fighter going 100% and bigger gloves are always used.

Canelo probably remembers that all too well.

GGG would TKO Canelo. He wouldn't use the primitive swarming tactics he used against Brook after round 2. He would use a little bit of outside jab-lateral movement (Lemieux fight), before going back to the midrange crowding counter-punching technique and footwork. Mosley has sparred all of those guys and has sparred Light Heavyweights. He said that Canelo and Cotto's power are Jr. Middleweight level, but GGG's power is Light Heavyweight level.

What round would it be over? I would be surprised if the fight makes it to 8-9 rounds. Very surprised. It would not be a competitive fight at all.
