I would say probably cow's tongue; most people don't like having their meal staring at them, but that's just me I guess. I have never had either one so I can't speak from a professional culinary point of view. I guess you can just go "eeny, meeny, minny, moe" and determine it that way. For me...plain hot dogs (with mustard, relish) would be just fine. Hope you guess right.
