I going to be in a family cooking comp next week.?
Three teams of two will each cook a entree and a main. I will be cooking Garlic and chorizo prawns for the entree and I need some help with mains. I was thinking about making a Greek style platter for everyone to share or a really fancy hamburger how ever i am open to any suggestions and im ok in the kitchen so not much will be to hard.

i'd go for a chick pea curry with a mountain of fresh colourful veggies such as carrots, corn on the cob, squash, mangetout, spinach on a bed of white basmati rice with cumin seeds.
