I really like a girl I'm talking to, but I'm hopeless?

I found this girl, a mutual friend on Facebook, and added her on snapchat. A few months later I popped up because she'd posted on her story for the first time in a while. It all went well and we got talking instantly. It's now been about 5 days, I've added her on Facebook and Instagram since. I've been rather forward, asked her on a whim to meet up. Understandably, she's busy on that day. She told me she likes me and I'm sure she can tell I really like her.

Thing is... This is the first girl I've ever tried to talk to, never mind in real life. I've been through all the sites but nothing fits my personality.

I want to move this on from friendly flirty snapchat pictures and light conversations on Facebook.

How do I get the number, a date or pretty much anything that improves the current position?
