Can you be a medic for both the army and the navy at the same time? If so, how?

You can only be a member of one military service at a time.

It's possible you could serve with a unit that belonged to another service, perhaps as a Navy medic assigned to an Army unit. In that sense, it is possible to kind of say that you did what you're asking about.

In a word, nope. However, you can work as a medic at a Naval hospital with an Army base nearby, like in Okinawa. Then you would treat both sailors and soldiers.
