Where is Yahoo Settings? To Viewing email? Disable Preview pane. Mousing over gear does not show settings?

As Mr Cat stated you have to hover your pointer over the GEAR while in the Inbox view. In

addition, some browsers require you to CLICK on the GEAR...hovering over it will not display

the drop down menu.
