Upcoming Week 3 Fantasy Waiver wire help?
I play in a 2 QB PPR league (roster below)
QB1 Rodgers
QB2 Prescott
RB1 Ware
RB2 McCoy
WR1 AJ Green
WR2 Cobb
Flex Marvin Jones
TEs Fleener
D/ST Seattle
K Boswell
BN Melvin Gordon
BN Rashad Jennings
BN Virgil Green
BN Tom Brady
BN Moncrief
BN Charles
What should I do with Coby Fleener? I know its can take a while to lead the playbook but he has not done much all season. Do I drop him for Dennis Pitta Or hold him for another week and try to get another QB for my week 4 bye weeks with Rodgers.
I could also do both, but I would have to drop two players and not sure who that should be
The available waiver QBs are
Case Keenum
Jared Goff
Kessler
Trevor Siemian
Currently thinking I drop Fleener for a TE (Pitta) and Virgil Green for a QB (maybe Siemian)

Unless you have insane QB scoring, don't go off the deep end with QBs. For example, I just checked one league of mine and only 5 QBs scored higher than Stefon Diggs! And only one scored more than Matt Forte. Heck, in a deep league, I benched Crowell in favor of Siemian. Bad move.
What I'm saying here is the last thing you need is another QB and/or a b/u at TE. The guy you want to pick up if he's out there is McDonald. Dump a TE to get him.
But before this, you need help at RB/WR. Starting this week, you run into problems. Moncrief is having an MRI today on his shoulder, AJ Green is up against the Broncos (he might survive the game, but his QB may not) and it's possible you're about to enter a very frustrating series of games with Ware and Charles. R Jennings has a cast on his arm.
The good news is Woodhead's injury makes Gordon more valuable, but this is why I mention depth at RB/WR. You're very light at WR and the first thing I'd do is dump a TE to get whatever WR you think will do best.

I'd drop Green for Pitta, and give Fleener one more week.
I'd drop Jennings for a QB if you want. You've got McCoy and Charles/Ware, and Gordon's value just got higher.
But if you wanted to hold Jennings, then drop Fleener. With only 6 man bench... on Week 4, you'll have Brady and Rodgers on the bench... Charles (or Ware) and Gordon and Moncrief... you don't have room for a backup TE until after Week 4.
