How do I find part numbers for my 1990 Fleetwood Southwind?
I just bought my first motorhome, and sure enough, it broke down. The air Injection Pump seized. So I called Fleetwood for the part numbers, they said to call Chevy. I called Chevy, they said to call Fleetwood. How the hell am I supposed to find part numbers for engine components for this motorhome?

The part you are looking for can be bought at any auto parts store. You just need to know what engine you have in the home. Google the vin number of the motor home it will tell you what engine is in it, you have the year. If it doesn't then Google the engine number location on GM products and find yours, it will give you the model also. Google, it is a wonderful thing.

Hi a personal visit to a chevy dealer to decide which chassis is used might be the best answer. with Vin number as this relates to the correct type of vehicle.

The AIR pump is part of the chassis. Chevy or an auto parts store can get you one. You will need the chassis numbers off the tag. Production month and year and the GVW of the truck and motor size.
