I am procrastinating too much help.?

    When you find yourself starting to drift from task, just stop whatever is causing you to put it off, and go do what is necessary. When someone procrastinates too much it just means you are an undisciplined person who needs to get yourself under control and doing better.

    Add structure to your life. Set alarms to wake up. Set alarms to go to sleep. Make appointments with other people or a class to workout (excercise helps focus). Eat healthy food (some foods cause brain fog). Stop drinking or smoking if you do either of these, they are depressants.

    For me, I know that I need structure and a healthy body to stay productive.
