Is Flagstaff a good city to live in?

Hey guys, I was wondering if anybody here knew if Flagstaff AZ is a good place/city to live in. I heard the government there was terrible. Is this true?

It cause I have heat sensitivity and was advised to move to a cooler climate by medical professionals. If anyone could answer this for me Id greatly appreciate it, thanks! :).

    I lived in Flagstaff when I was a teenager. The climate is pretty nice but the altitude is high. Make sure you can medically stand the high altitude. In my opinion very few governmental agencies are very good.
