Anyone who is sexually attracted to females LOL. But ehhh, doesn't matter much I guess. If you want to wear a hat, then wear one. Only real dirt bags are so petty they would get upset about a hat.

Wearing a ball cap backwards is stupid. For men and women. If you're doing it to be unique, how does that work, since everyone does it? And if you're doing it because everyone does it, you're just a follower who isn't all that special. Why not wear it so the bill can shade your eyes? That's what it's for.
