Does she have a crush on me or something?

I'm 25, and I'm friends with a co-worker who is 29 years old. She is from South East Asia, moved to the US at 20 I think. She speaks English but she has a strong accent. From what she has told me, her life has been a walk in the park except for some dumb decisions she made. Her experience in life is very limited. Her and I hung out together a few times with other people. We work together a lot. She always seems happy to see me. I guess along the way, she became comfortable enough to share her personal life with me, things she doesn't even tell her family. She laughs at everything I say. I tease her because she makes it easy, not in a flirty way, but she just laughs at it all.

I take work seriously because it's my job, but she doesn't. I told her She should know all her stuff because she's been there long enough and she's always acting clueless. She's always asking me for stuff. She tells me that she really likes it when I boss her around and yell at her, under her breath a bit like she is hoping I won't hear it or something. I don't so I ask her to repeat and she tenses up, gets shy, Then repeats it. I brush it off like whatever but why in the world would she enjoy me bossing her around and yelling at her? (I don't really yell at her in a mean or aggressive way. Just enough to know I'm serious)
