Am I getting lower right abdominal pain due to Stomach Bug?

I'm 14 and Started experiencing this pain 3 days ago, not quite sure what it is, but pretty sure its related to my stomach bug, due to pooping and puking; the dull pain moves around my lower right abdominal area, so I can't quite locate where it is every time, dosent hurt to press on my appendix area, should I be worried.

    Tell your parents, and tell them a kid on the internet told you to see the doctor.

    On another note, go to a doctor and get an opinion from a doctor.
