Replacing pullcord switch. Old one had blue to L1 blue to comm. new one says brown to L1 blue to comm, what do I do?

    It doesn't matter. The switch is NOT sensitive to polarity.

    According to your description you have two blue wires. If so it does not matter which way round they are connected.
