What job is better, dialysis technician or mental health technician?

I am extremely empathetic, highly sensitive and gentle. I want a fun job where I can help others.

    How sensitive?

    That's kind of key, a Dialysis-Tech will lose people, quite directly people will die, and you'll hear about it, Mental-Health Tech will have a more of an emotional, friendship/care role, but you'll be dealing with more problematic people.

    So, Dialysis will be more fun in-general, but you'll have more life, and death moments, Mental-Health Tech will be more of a challenge, but it'll have more success moments.
