That definitely sounds like depression. If there is nothing causing you to be sad, it can be because the brain chemicals that keep us happy are not lasting long enough in your brain. Anti depressants cause these chemicals to stay longer before the body gets rid of them. The chemical is called Serotonin and Dopamine. There are natural remedies if you cannot see a doctor to get prescriptions. The natural remedies are a lot slower going though. Seeds and nuts can help a little. There is also a herb you can buy in a grocery store without a prescription called ST. JOHN'S WORT. If you end up trying it, make sure other people know you are taking it in case it has adverse effects on You. Doctors and pharmacists need to know if you take it as well.

You need to start enjoying little things. Actually you need someone who would show you how life works, how to enjoy even in the dark times. It's really hard to find one. I could help you as i have few female friends who had the same issues even sometimes i feel that way but i know how to trick my mind :)

    Thanks,
