MYSTERIOUS BACK PAIN?

i am having a really annoying lower back pain. It feels like my muscles are tight and will not relax. My mom thinks it's a bladder/kidney infection, but I don't have urgency, nor does it hurt/bleed when I pee. What's wrong, or how could I fix this back pain?

    Back pain is a hard one, since so may things can cause back pain. When I have UTIs I have back pain, but generally no burning or blood when I pee. When I had kidney stones the only symptom i had was really bad back pain. I've also torn/strained muscles that cause back pain and I have arthritis that also causes back pain. Try to rest your back. if it doesn't get better in a few days, or if you have fevers or nausea do get yourself checked out by a doctor.

    Did you do any exorcise recently? Or move around/ climb more than usual? Could be that. If it isn't away within like a week go see a doctor
