So 1 bagel with cream cheese its a grain bagel, some blackberries, some blue berries and grapes. On the other side is carrots and some peppers, then a yogourt and a nutrigrain..is that ok?

Update:

((for my younger brother,he doesnt eat lots but he will probably eat the rest as a after school snack

That's pretty well balanced, and is more than enough food. My mom always just gave me a sandwich, some fruit (apple, grapes, orange), and something more hearty like a yogurt, hard boiled egg, babybel cheese, beef jerky, or hummus with veggies.

yeah, that's more than enough. i usually never ate lunch at school, but when i did it was like, an apple or a slice or two of cheese or something like that. i was never very hungry so i was fine eating my first meal of the day at 3pm when i got home.
