Are people with Schizotypal abusive?

I know it is a personality disorder however from my understanding someone with the condition can be paranoid easy to anger and have a tendency to hold grudges- which I think would be a recipe for an abusive relationship

    Not so; the person can have episodes of paranoia but they don't necessarily take it out on their partners. If you have a partner with such issues, be understanding and supportive- this goes a long, long way.
