You question is a little confusing.
If you paid for something, then you are entitled to it. It doesn't matter if you paid for it with a credit card.
If someone else gave you money as a gift, then it's your money and whatever you buy with it is yours. If the delivery went to the wrong address, it's still yours. You need to talk to the store about the delivery problem, and if it was your fault then you might have to pay another delivery fee to bring it to the correct address.

If you are purchasing it for someone else who gave you the money for it, it's for them, and they are entitled to it. Why they couldn't go buy it themselves, I don't know, but they are the ones actually paying for it. If they are loaning you the money for you to buy it for yourself, then you would be entitled to the fridge, and they would be entitled to be paid back the money they loaned you.
Your question is very vague, though. If you have a legal question about this, I would suggest you consult with a lawyer.

If it turns up on your credit card its your property, if it arrived someplace else call them and tell them it did not come to your address and nothing else, if you still want it. If someone else has it and you paid for it call the fraud department of your credit institution or bank today.
