Should I break up with my girlfriend if her parents don't like me?
I'm meeting my girlfriend's parents tomorrow for the first time. They're having me over for dinner. We're both in our 30's, and never been married before.
If I find out that her parents don't like me, should I instantly break up with her if she doesn't do it first?

No, that's horrible. Parents aren't supposed to get in their children's way.. How would your girlfriend feel? That's so stupid.
Remember to never think of doing something like that. You both live your own lives, you shouldn't be dictated by what they want.
Unless they're the kind of scumbags who beat their daughter for the kind of person she dates lol Like not allowing interracial etc. Then you should really be cautious, and that might lead to having to leave her for her own safety.

Just one simple question, who are you dating? The girl, or her parents? What someone else thinks, likes or doesn't is completly irrelevant, unless you depend of them, which is not your case, which puts the question mark on your feelings, you wouldn't even think of breaking up over such meaningless thing if you actually had string feelings for her, so if my speculation is right, just leave her before meeting her parents.
