2002 Nissan Sentra SE-R Spec V?
I just bought this car and its decently fast I guess. It has a Magnaflow exhaust and an Injen cold air intake. I'm just wondering what can I do to improve its performance and speed. I understand it can get costly too, just looking for any suggestions. Thank you.

The only real place to go for any significant and reliable power increase is forced induction. You are right that it will be costly.
To keep costs down, you could go to nitrous injection but there are some cons to these such as you only have a limited supply in each bottle, ruining the engine due to a lean fuel mix or incorrect timing, etc.

The SE-R Spec V wasn't very well received by the aftermarket. There really isn't much available. You might be able to find a turbo kit for it. Jim Wolf makes cams. That's about the extent you've got.
