Will my girlfriend break up with me if I send this text?
We've been dating 5 weeks, and everything is going perfectly well. However, there is a problem now, that has just come up.
Yesterday, we both went to a bluegrass music festival, and they had a "scramble" event. This is where audience members who can play instruments (and happen to have them with them) can sign up to be called to form an impromptu band with others playing different instruments.
I played my banjo, and I made a lot of mistakes on stage. I don't think I sounded good at all, but my girlfriend still says I did.
I want to send a text to her saying "I am a worthless piece of trash. I don't know why you ever agreed to be my girlfriend in the first place."

Don't send that. It looks like you're begging for sympathy. Her being your girlfriend has nothing to do with your banjo playing.

No offence but that sounds so immature. The only thing that you are doing by sending her something like that is showing her that you have issues. Girls don't do well with guys that have issues. She told you that you did sound good. So, leave it at that. And don't be so hard on yourself.
