If working to survive is important, If not having a benefactor or trust fund, If One does not have a connection such as a wealthy family member who has a business that will pay a living salary with opportunity, then by all means getting additional education and skills may help gain employment. The competition for a career is world wide. I do not mean working on the line at McD. Minimum wage is near $15 and starting salary for entry level positions will depend on what a person has majored in, how well they performed in college and how they present themselves. There are young people all over the world who are engaged in gaining a better education for seek that career that will pay very very well.
