Can you avoid cavities if you eat candy every day?
I have had my handful of cavities since i was a kid from candy . I eat a lot of candy a day . I'm perfectly healthy workout and exercise 5 days a week . Saw my doctor told me the same thing . However I feel my teeth are getting more cavities I brush twice a day .

Brushing will remove the plaque from your teeth, but it slowly grows back. The sugar in the candy feeds the plaque, and when the plaque metabolizes the sugar, this creates acids that erode your teeth and lead to cavities.
Talk to your dentist about getting sealants. Rinse your mouth with water after eating candy to rinse off the sugar. Start flossing at least once a day. Use a fluoride rinse or fluoride toothpaste (anything with the ADA seal has fluoride).
And consider cutting back on the candy.
