Who should I start at flex week 6?

Pryor, Shepard, Crowell, Jonathan Stewart or Cameron Meredith.

    i'd say either Stewart or Meredith.

    With Cam Newton out, and Anderson playing horrible last week, they may run the ball more.

    And Meredith had a big game last with with Hoyer at QB. 130 yards and 1 TD.

    But the Bears play the Jaguars next week, and their secondary is pretty good.

    and the Panthers play the Saints. but i'm not sure of their running defense.

    Given those choices, Stewart assuming he plays. The Saints have allowed the most fantasy points to RBs this year. Crowell has a much tougher matchup. The Titans have allowed the 5th fewest fantasy points to RBs.
