I'm in love with a fictional character.?

I'm a teenage girl with social anxiety, so I don't have a lot of friends and I'm insecure about my looks. I've been spending most of my time on my phone watching YouTube and reading fanficton. I've developed strong feelings for a video game character and have sexual fantasies about him. I know it's wrong, but I can't stop. How do I deal with this? What do I do?
