How do you download software?
Ok.. Everytime I try; my antivirus automatically deletes the executable file that you need(It detects it as a trojan virus)... I can't figure out how to disable the anti-virus software.. It never works..
Is there a way around this?

Assuming you know that the software you want to download is safe, you can just turn off the real time protection of your antivirus software, and download your software.
After you download it, add it to the exclusion list/ignore list of your antivirus software so your antivirus software will ignore it, then turn the real time protection back on.
Report false positives to the company of your antivirus software if you have to, every antivirus company allows you to report false positives, unless if I am mistaken.

Dont disable your AV, it is reading the file and detecting an infection. It never does that with legitimate, uninfected software.
Look for a different software to do the job, or a different download source.

It is possible that the AV is giving you a false positive but don't count on that. Post the name of the software and maybe someone here can tell you if it is safe or not.

Be careful- You need to learn a little more before you take any action. You use "programs and Features to uninstall such programs but you merely need to chage your settings to disable it. HOWEVER-------------------
-Be super careful to not go off half cocked. Many virus programs are embedded in executable files and many anti-virus programs locate them for you---especially downloaded executable files.
When you execute such files( virus embedded.exe files) you will have a virus.

There is always a way to turn off your antivirus (even though you probably shouldn't) Try looking up "how to disable ___________ antivirus" on google with blank being your antivirus.

I can't figure out how to disable your AV either, since you forgot to mention which AV product you are using.
