Should I buy a new or used TV?

I am going to be buying a new TV for my bedroom this weekend. Nothing fancy, just something to watch The Walking Dead on, lol..

Is it always best to buy brand new TV's, or would buying one from a pawn shop okay?

Which would you do?

Thanks!

Any time you buy something used there are risks involved. How old is it? How much was it used? How well was it taken care of. These are things you have to consider. You don't get warranties on used items. Buy carefully.

TVs are cheap enough these days that you out to buy a new one.

I would hit your local Craigslist to find someones older, but name brand television.

I bought a 43" gaming television for about $250 several years ago and it is still working great because it was a higher end Samsung.

Brand new TVs are dirt cheap these days. Look for a Vizio for the best value, or Samsung for best quality,
