I really miss talking to him.?

So im 17 and i seen this guy on instagram, i decided to make a move and talk to him, after like 4 days we met up and i enjoyed his company then we met up agian 2 days later. But the second date i wasnt feeling him as much there was no conncection but he asked me to be his girlfriend i said yes. I started doubting him and i really had to say something so like 2 days later i said to him how we went in a relationship to fast and we should get to know eachother more. I really didnt mean it as a break up. (Bearing in mind we barely use to text because he was busy at work) so after i sent that he acted distant we stopped talking so like a week later i popped up to him asking where we stand he said how he wanted to get to know me more and we talk for a bit over text. But after that we havent talked since and he blocked me off instagram. Am i in the wrong. I really dont understand. Its been like 2 weeks since we havent talked and i really miss talking to him. I dont know what to do. Any advice?
