I just got my period and my mom is not home!?
I am 10 years and I have been expecting my period for a while. I just got it and it s really heavy. I m shaking. My mom is on a business trip and won t be back for three days. It is currently past midnight where she is and she is not picking up the phone! I just told my older brother of 15, and he has no idea what to do. Help please this is my first time!

I am a girl, I wear bras and have my period, but it's not regular It's in early September at a camp ground with hiking and mud and archery, and i'm not prepared. i don't know what to buy, and they don't give us a list. It's for three days.

Why don't you ask your older sis then?Also, you can use some toilet paper to line their underwear. maybe use old clothes or washcloths (clean) and fold them into a pad shape so you can use it. :) go on youtube! there's tons of videos on periods and i think that will help you more! good luck, you'll be fine so don't freak out, all girls get it :) tip: wear dark clothing incase of leaking. but i think you already know that stuff :P update the question if you have specific questions :)
