What is your newest worst nightmare?

If it's "worst" it's superlative, so there's only one. So I can't have a "newest" one because that would imply that I had at least two other worst nightmares, which of course is impossible with the word "worst."
At any rate, my worst nightmare would be to have someone slowly disembowel me as I watched, slicing open my abdomen and then scooping out my intestines and letting them fall on the floor as I remained conscious and in unimaginable pain.

Big fire had occured in my kitchen.
I was almost suffocate to death in my nightmare.
