So a friend of mine really needs a therapist but she cant go to one because her parents can't know,is there a chat or something where she can talk to someone and vent?

There are support groups for just about everything... careful though, many of them are not welcoming of teens who have self diagnosed. But a free therapist? Not likely. Therapists make anywhere from $50 to $300 an hour.... I can't imagine them giving away their time on the internet. Support group is her best hope.
