This person has anger issues and has no problem yelling at you but then they tell you that your angry and want you to calm down but your not because you did not raise your voice you just hung up.

They're just calling themselves that to beat everyone else to the punch. Kind of like how some people seem to think that being a person who "tells it like it is" gives them carte blanche to be an abusive @sshole. They're not actually owning their actions, they're just trying to deflect criticism.

Called shifting the blame..away from their own guilt. No need to bother
with their anger..continue to walk from it..there are better people in the
world,who know how to communicate..And,will in fact bring something
