I'm 15 and I've already lost all my teeth, but I fear that some of the permanent ones are getting loose. What do I do?

I've had to deal with tooth sensitivity and frequent cavities since I was maybe 5 or 6 years old. I lost my last baby tooth when I was 12, but now, my tooth sensitivity is worse and at least 4 or five of my teeth feel slightly loose.

What can I do? Is there any way to make sure I don't lose these teeth, or will I need dentures?

Are braces a possibility?

I knew someone who lost a tooth or two, and she had implants, and wore braces to keep them in. Is this possible for me?

Thank you.

Update:

*Lost all the baby teeth. Not the permanent ones, but I worry that I might.

Your gums are rooting because you don't brush, now you teeth will either fall out, root, or both.
