I just got skyrim ps4 edition and I was wondering how to activate or start the dlcs.?
Don't you need to start talking to someone or do a certain quest to start them? I know in hearthfire you need to talk to the adoption lady and adopt a kid but as far as the home part goes idk how. Also how do I get mods? I know they have them for ps4 and I don't plan on using them tell in satisfied with trophies and gameplay. Best answer gets 10.

To start Dawnguard, get your character to Level 10. You will be approached by a member of the Dawnguard while in a city and he will give you the first quest.
For Hearthfire, you will get a letter from the Jarl of Falkreath once you are level 10. Doing some work for him will let you buy a plot of land in his hold to build your house.
For Dragonborn, you need to progress in the main quest until you have retrieved the horn for the Greybeards. Soon after you will be attacked by cultists, which will start the first quest.
