Is anybody experiencing "picture stuttering" through T-Mobile's hotspot?

I've been getting that this past 2 weeks when i'm on youtube listening to videos , i thought it was only me having that problem , it's still happening even today so i'm gonna assume it's just something to do with the network....

He brings her in closer as to feel each beat of her heart, reminding himself that he has to be tough and fight and live on for them both and utters a weak whisper...'Now stop holding me so tight, you're getting blood all over yourself and besides, I need to breathe a little.. please'. For the first time in his life the cowboy sheds a single tear, realising how much his cowgirl cared for him, not even thinking twice to abandon him in fear of her own life. Those words she once whispered to him he remembers, words she whispered that she'd stay true to him and will never betray her love for him. A cowgirl like her is rare... and despite of what she herself have gone through, she remained tough and always ready to fight any battle that presents itself to her. If need be...she'd take a bullet for those close to her.. and on that fateful day, she was willing to die alongside with him.

How can a rare and extraordinary cowgirl like herself be easily forgotten? Not very easily. With that running through his mind he finally realises what the love of a cowgirl meant. It meant that she was willing to sacrifice her life for him but more than anything, fight alongside him to the very end.

i have had it with T-mobile, what does the T stand for? Terrible?
