Amazon.com says certain items won't ship to my street address. Help?
Trying to get a pack of special batteries, a portable hard drive, some games and movies, and a 3-way plug. When i click to see the full price I'll have to pay, it says an item won't ship. My default address is a street address in Indiana and I checked for errors. Tried to look at the guidelines and it was even more confusion as I swear it's not a prohibited address. Help?

Probably the batteries that are the problem. Also check the mode of shipping you expect to use. UPS has different rules, probably, than USPS (post office) versus FedEx. Much has to do with volatile chemicals, like in batteries. If you remove the unshippable item, the rest might get shipped to you okay.

have them sent to a trusted friend (with their permission).
or try going to the item and see if it mentions any shipping details.
