I guess that depends on what the consequences are. I wouldn't have ever said that to a teacher...but I recently told my boss **** you as a joke because of something he'd said as a joke to me. But i was relieved when he laughed..!!

i'm a former substitute teacher, depending on the context, that language wouldn't get you too big of a punishment. maybe keep you after school one day
