Laptop help?

So I'm trying to unscrew the back, and when I get the screws to the point where they are almost out they make a clicking noise and don't go any further out. They arena stripped because te screwdrivers (I tried 3 different ones) all fit in fine. Please help. (Also they don't stay in position, they kinda rotate around the hole)

It might not be the head of the screw that is stripped, but the actual threading of the screw itself. Does it screw back down tightly?
