My dog just ate a brownie?

My dog is an 8 lb mix and he just ate a brownie with walnuts. It was a piece about as big as half of a post it note. I have him tied to the pantry door right now because someone said he might have diarrhea. Is that true? I just want to know if he will be okay and if I should let him free.

    He could end up with the runs, but it's hard to say. Just keep an eye on him with the knowledge that there might be a mess to clean up.
