    The only way for a formal diagnosis of bipolar disorder is a face to face meeting with a mental health professional.

    That's not the way it works. You go to get evaluated by a mental health professional, they diagnose you and provide treatment.

    You can't. No one really understands Bipolar anyway.... except most mental health professionals.
