Function keys problem on my hp ac128tu?

The function keys they seem to have moved by one number.. Like the f3 does what f2 is supposed to do and f4 does what f3 is supposed to do and so on.. Please help!

    Check BIOS first to see if the problem is there. If not, look for a startup program affecting the keyboard mapping. If none, download Microsoft's Intellitype program to remap the keys.

    Reset CPU.Unplug Power supply,remove battery,hpress power button fo 20 sec.Resetting CPU fixes keyboard errors.
