Does SETI make its data available to the public?

I'm particularly interested in data related to KIC 8462852.

yes. You can also help SETI evulate the data it collects. SETI has a Computer Screen Saver that when it is running, Scans the Data Received for patterns. Good Screen Saver.

As Bill says, you can run SETI data yourself if you like. http://setiathome.berkeley.edu/ Or you can join a planet-hunting team and evaluate info from the Kepler and K2 missions. https://www.planethunters.org/ Those are two different things, though, and you seem to be conflating the two--KIC 8462852 was discovered by Kepler, and not SETI. SETI is looking at it now, though: http://www.seti.org/seti-institute/mysterious-star... So, why don't you simply contact them directly? http://www.seti.org/seti-institute/explore-with-us
