To Trump voters: how much time will you give him to complete his campaign promises?

Question

He promised a pie in the sky: 
build a wall across the entire border between United States and Mexico;
set congressional term limits in congress;
replace the Affordable Care Act;
create paid family leave for mothers (this one is more of Ivanka's promise);
revoke Roe V Wade and bring the decision of abortion laws back to the states.

A couple of his promises have already been watered down. Instead of a brick wall between the countries, they are now saying that it is not financially possible, but they can try to double wire fence the border. In addition, he recently said that he agrees with parts of the Affordable Care Act, and he will keep the provision of not denying health insurance due to pre-existing conditions.

Does this not bother any of you Trump voters that he has already had to back off of a couple of his campaign promises before he has even been inaugurated? How much time will you give him before you starting thinking in your mind, "Hmm, I don't think that we are going to get what we voted for..."

By the way, before someone replies with "What about Obama's promises?" I did not vote for Obama. I disagreed with his legislation of providing tax subsidies for green energy and the stimulus package.

Yawn: You didn't see Trump or his supporters a mile away before the election, calling for Hillary to win big up until 10pm

Now your are all of a sudden and expert what Trump supporters expect?

First you underestimate the Importance of the Supreme Court pick 
Next: let's start sending illegals once they serve jail/prison time back home   
let's increase funding to boarder patrol, lets cut back federal funding to sanctuary cities

Let's cut back federal regulation. Notice how bank stocks soared?

He never said he'd revoke Roe v. Wade....He said those are the types of Supreme Court justices he would appoint. Since a fence does the same job as a wall, I think that would be fulfilling that promise.  Furthermore, he always said, even during the campaign, that his promises were starting points where negotiations will start. The Art of the Deal:  You aim high so that the compromise is something that is acceptable to you.

In discussions of the border 'barrier', the word wall has, for convenience, come to mean wall, fence, or any other permanent structure that effectively eliminates easy passage.

Trump has never opposed eliminating the existing conditions excuse for insurance companies. In the first primaries debate, he alluded to a single payer system but explained it would just be a system wherein the insured could cross state lines.
