30 days has September, April, June and November. When short February’s all done, the rest have thirty-one. Has or Have, which is correct?

    "The rest" refers to months, which are countable, so "the rest" is construed as being plural, so "the rest HAVE."

    If "the rest" referred to something not countable (like "the rest of the food"), then it would be construed as singular, but in this sentence it's plural.
