First, you can eat HEALTHY to gain weight. You DO NOT need to cram your face with junk food.
The real question is 'how much do I need to eat to make me gain weight?'
Go on a calorie calculator enter your stats and it will give you the calories needed to gain .5 or 1 pound a week.
Food list:
-greek yogurt
-eggs
-pasta
-mixed nuts
-chicken
-potatoes
-granola bars
-protein shake/milk
Eat your usual breakfast lunch and dinner and eat a lot of these snacks between meals.

ryan is wrong, sugar is a bad way to do this. Calories are what you need, but not diabetes. Try weight gainer shakes, they're basically just powder milkshakes (strawberry, banana, chocolate etc) but they are packed with calories. They will help you to pack on some pounds.
Some more healthy foods to gain weight would be nuts, dried fruit, avocados (avocado is great for weight gain), full fat dairy products like cheese, milk and yogurt (the fat will help gain weight but make sure to exercise as well), protein based meat like chicken or steak etc

If you mean gain weight by "muscle mass", eat mainly carbs and protein. Make sure you are getting your veggies and fruits still, but it's bulking season baby, and that means carb loading. Anything from pasta, bread, LEAN meats, and even beans and rice can do. I love breakfast (especially waffles) but breakfast tends to be the most unhealthy and sugary meal of the day. Make healthy waffles! There is a brand called Kodiac Cakes that is a healthy (protein and grain based) mix for waffles or pancakes. Even if you still use sugary syrup, this makes for alot of carbs, protein, and energy(add some eggs in there too!). For lunch I would just keep it a little more lite. Make a sandwich with a slice of cheese, little bit of lettuce, and enough meat to fill you up! Any leans meats like turkey breast, chicken breast, or healthy cuts of ham will do! Dinner is when you want to carb load for the next day. Pasta with garlic bread, steak and potatoes. Any of those will do! you can mix it up aswell to keep it from getting too repetative or boring! "Good luck

Skim milk powder is high in protein and calcium, but low in fat. Mix 1 tablespoon with 1 tablespoon of water and add that to a cup of soup or youghurt, or use it to make a milk shake.
Cold pressed extra virgin olive oil, add a teaspoon to soup or gravy.
