And that would be a LIE.
Because we live in a transphobic society, transsexual people usually DO disclose the private medical history early in any relationship. We do so for our own personal safety.

Believe it or not, straight men generally aren't interested in "women" who have a penis. Gay men are not interested in "men" who have a vagina.
Crying discrimination when someone refuses to have sex with a transgender person with genitals they are not at all interested in, is no different than telling a gay man he's a misogynist for not having sex with women (oh wait, that happens already.)
