    Schools, doctors and parents provide sex information to teens and preteens. Painless virgin sex sounds like something a sexual predator would try to sell a virgin to take advantage of her.

    I would suggest yes it is legal as long as you supply facts only sex education shoukd be legal as long as you don't try to use her
